PRICES
All price offers and quotations are strictly Ex-Works and are subject to shipping and handling charges. All prices are valid for 90 days unless otherwise stated and are subject to change any time without prior notification.

PAYMENTS
All payments are payable 100% in advance through TT or Wire Transfer in our bank account. An irrevocable and confirmed Letter of Credit (L/C) may be established by the buyer for orders above US$10,000 only.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipments are dispatched using most economical and efficient airlines or ocean lines available at the time of shipment. Practically, it is not possible for us to calculate up-to-date freight charges for different shipping weight vs different countries, therefore, a ballpark shipping charge is calculated based on the order value.

INSURANCE
unless otherwise specified by consignee, goods are not insured and consignee is responsible for transit risks. Please arrange insurance at your end, OR, request us in writing to arrange insurance on your behalf, with claims payable at destination. Insurance charges are as applicable.

IMPORTING
Before placing an order, please make sure that you have all the necessary certificates / documents required for imports as per the rules in your country/state/city to avoid any delays, difficulties or penalties. Notify at the time of order is any specific document is required from Country of Origin.  

MINIMUM ORDER
Minimum acceptable order is for not less than US$1000 otherwise an additional US$100 will be charged towards less than minimum order processing charges.

TRANSIT BREAKAGE
Our export worthy packaging ensures that there is minimal transit breakage and our pricing already allows for up to 3% breakage. In practice, most of our shipments arrive intact.

RETURNS
For the safety purposes of yours and ours, lab glass items cannot be returned for any reason. It would be prohibitively expensive to test for bacteriological, chemical or radiological agents in the returned glass items since there is no way to tell if glass has been contaminated just by looking at it. We would have to throw it away even if you claim to never have opened the package.
